So, start limiting the usage of the mobile phone to start noticing the change in your work ethic.

Take A Break

Taking small breaks from work helps you release suppressed stress, enables you to be more productive and rejuvenates you. Go on a walk from your desk to the café or the restroom, or start organizing your desk. Clean the mess that you have been filling up in your drawer, invest your money in a good-quality office organizer and arrange your files and other documents. A clean office desk plays a major role in defining your personality, plus you don’t lose focus while working.
